ja etsii kyytiä,

kylmä uhri Afroditelle.

A bundle of hair

A light is sitting on the window sill
looking for a ride,
a bluish light,
a chilly sacrifice for Aphrodite.
On the nightstand
a sacrifice, the light lingers.
Berenice, silent
is the luster of your hair,
silent is the journey of the deceased
beyond the glass.
