Tania Langlais was born in Montréal in 1979. She holds a masters in literary studies and creative writing from the University of Quebec at Montréal.

Langlais has participated in a number of public readings: among others at the Voix d’Amériques Festival and the Trois-Rivières Poetry Festival. She has been published in numerous anthologies in Quebec and around the world.
