ruščina | Wjatscheslaw Kuprijanow

Wild West

angleščina

Over there far off
it's all europe over there
where the serbs sing тамо далеко
where the english with total england sail to america
where the french in chorus daily conquer the bastille
where the spanish dance and take revenge for europe's kidnapping
where the germans shuffle papers and go jogging healthily
where each swiss has a cheese hole of his own
where the dutch cherish hopes for donquixotes' invasion
where the swedes go to see the danes
where the italians jump on their one leg
where the polish have not vanished yet
where the turks quietly reconstruct their byzantine
where the macedonians добро дошли up to india
where the russians can never decide
where they are
where the east and where the west are
but still want to be that europe
