Mohammed J. Al-Nabhan was born in Sulaibkhat, Kuwait on April 10, 1971. After highschool, he worked as a calligrapher and graphic artist from 1989 to 1995. After he migrated to Canada, he made advanced studies of Graphic Design and web pages.

In 2000, he, along with Karim Al-Hazzaa and his brother Saleh Al-Nabhan, founded an electronic magazine. He is the editor of the magazine Ofouq since then, too. In 2005, he founded along with Arab, American and Canadian writers the Cultural Foundation Jozoor, a cultural independent non-profit organization interested in Arabian exil literature. Al-Nabhan’s poems have been translated into Spanish and English. He has also translated many poets from English into Arab.
