Siarhiej Prylucki was born in Brest in 1980. He is a poet, prose writer, and translator of English, Polish and Ukrainian. In 2004 he graduated from Brest University.

He received several prizes for his works in Belarus and participated in several international poetry competitions, e.g. 'Парадак слоў' (Minsk, 2006), 'НАЛІТ' (Lviv, 2006), and 'Druskininkai Poetic Fall' (Druskininkai-Vilnius, 2006).

He had his works published in anthologies, the press and magazines; among others in 'Nasza Niwa' and 'Arche'. At present, he is working on a collection of poems 'Dziewięćdziesiąte forever' (The 1990s forever) and translating Wisława Szymborska's poems into Belarusian.
