[sono entrati i ladri nella casa]

italien | Marco Giovenale

passati troppi giorni pochi anni.

diversamente lei con l’autoscatto
si riprende accanto al vaso circolare
con le anguille blu cobalto al fondo
stampato, emulsione – solo in nero.

[thieves have broken into the house]

anglais

thieves have broken into the house
on the road or sea, they have wrapped and unwrapped
gravel in the tablecloth, shattered the lunettes.
this does not retell the return of the dirty
gods, masters, or their place card; not even
the hollow imprint, shadow, mirrorlike footprint,
thread of the luminescent granular torch.
too many days gone by few years.
in contrast she takes a shot of herself
with the self-timer next to the circular vase
with the cobalt-blue eels on the bottom
printed, emulsion – only in black.
it’s not clear what she starts to say.
but it’s true that she is right
and the persuaded glance touches her

[sognando sogna gli stessi]

italien | Marco Giovenale

logoalgia,
un dolore al centro

[dreaming he dreams the same]

anglais

dreaming he dreams the same
movements of the eyes under the lids –
the membranes and: soft and: quick
shifts, of the phase, in the opaque           room that is not
his and should be left
to the first women known who
have no house either– rather already
a logoalgia,
                 a pain at the center

[oggetto è il lavoro, lavorato, interno,]

italien | Marco Giovenale

oggetto è il lavoro, lavorato, interno,
interramento.

come è sentire, e che stenta, e come
fa quello che fa malta, la colla,
catalogo, vetrina e parco e fine
clinica, taglio da strumento

[the object is the work, what’s worked, internal]

anglais

the object is the work, what’s worked, internal,
interment.
how is the feeling, that labors,
and how does one make mortar, glue,
catalog, shop window and park and
end of clinic, surgical cut

o cresce doppio in opacità, e allora
non ha direzione. il cane gioca
a eludere per volere
il cappio che ha

[either it’s very terse and it doesn’t come true]

anglais

either it’s very terse and it doesn’t come true
or it grows twofold in opacity and then
it has no direction. the dog plays
at eluding to want
the noose it has

[né mistero nei viaggiatori]

italien | Marco Giovenale

né mistero nei viaggiatori
locali, con i borselli a ordito onesto
neri laminati, beaux temps,

[neither mystery in the local]

anglais

neither mystery in the local
passengers, handbags with an honest
warp, black laminated, beaux temps,
and the plastic of the beret, its brim all dross.
it doesn’t they don’t make history. twenty, thirty
centuries and a part of anthropic clash has not
changed; it generates from sleep, it sleeps,
it escorts the bag, it goes
back, under the volcanic dusts
– it dies in the straw page for fear
of the eclipse, before it ends.
cradle, not cure

[del dolore può essere ascoltato. così lì]

italien | Marco Giovenale

del dolore può essere ascoltato. così lì
possono esserci i lati, i trapezi a grani,
i graniti delle scale alle casette,
i gerani jingle dei balconi dove
per possesso (della casa, delle mura
nude, casse con i chiodi) all’infinito
i leoncini litigano, vedi come
li svelle il tempo, che affila
il verso della freccia – quanto
l’ossido che indica.

un discorso di   tengono / non tengono
gli orti sui pendii, terrazze o no,
gli appezzamenti verde polvere di quelle
generazioni prima
quelle della guerra
avanti l’elettronica,
trasmesse cash.

tradizione. Trading

[some pains can be heard. so]

anglais

some pains can be heard. so
there could be sides there, the granular trapezes
of granites of the stairs to the small houses.
the geraniums jingle of the balconies where
for possession (of the house, of the bare
walls, boxes with nails), the lion cubs
fight endlessly, see how
time uproots them, honing
the back of the arrow – as much
as the oxide that indicates.

a discourse of they’ll hold/won’t hold
the vegetable gardens on the slope,
with or without terraces,
the dust-green plots of land of the
earlier generations
those of the war
before electronics
handed down in cash
tradition. trading

perso

[that the weight of light on the hands is brief]

anglais

that the weight of light on the hands is brief
– the double rust on the scale.
As soon as it is, it has the other mirroring.
the shop window the merchandise seen –
the vertical. it sits, at the first
veil of dust – silent,
changed by the same
line almost not given,
split it is split, the curtain
tired of what lies
on the other side.
the light is the light dress – lost, they say
