Miriam Dragina (*1984) is a  poet, writer, UX designer and former journalist from Kyiv, Ukraine. 
Miriam has graduated from the Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in Russian philology and literary criticism. She also received a diploma in Digital Future of Journalism from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

After over 15 years of working experience in journalism as an editor and correspondent along with five years as a radio host and creative producer, she’s currently working on storytelling in UX design in IT company and teaching creative writing at Kyiv Screen media school. She is alumni of Aspen Institute community, a jury member of Ukrainian media award Presszvanie and a member of the International Union of Journalists.

Miriam also multiple participants in the international poetry festival Meridian Czernowitz, the Babelsprech literary residence, as well as evening evets by Haus für Poesie in Berlin and by Otwarty Dialog (ODF) in Warsaw. She writes popular science stories and poems in Russian and Ukrainian. They have been published in a number of international periodicals and collections and has been translated into German, Swedish, French and Polish.
