Viktar Žybul is poet and literary critic.

He graduated in philology at Minsk University. Žybul has been writing articles for several magazines, at the moment for the literature journals “indigenous words” and “Archie”.

Žybul became known as a poet of experimental poetry in 1194, when he won the poetry competition “Hometown” of Minsk. He wrote several palindrome poems. In his poetry he joins the traditions of futurism with the art of the avant-garde. With his poetry and with his music band 'Rational Diet' Žybul participated in several international literature and music projects and performances such as the “Evening of young Belarusian poets” (Moskow, 2001) or the “Days of Belarusian and Swedish poetry” (Minsk, Grodno, Pinsk, 2007).
