Andrej Khadanovich is poet, philologist and translator of French, Ukrainian and Polish literature.

He graduated from the faculty of philology in Minsk and is working as a teacher of history of French literature. Khadanovich is a member of the Union of Belarusian writers and of the Belarusian PEN Center, of which he is the chairmen since 2008.

Khadanovichs poetry combines modern elements of the urban dialect with the variety of the Belarusian language and is rich in stylistic experiments.
