Dominique De Groen (b. 1991) is a Flemish writer and artist. She studied English literature and Latin in Glasgow and media art at the KASK in Ghent, where she also lives.  Her debut poetry collection, Shop Girl (het balanseer, 2017), was nominated for the Poetry Debut Prize Aan Zee and the LZWL-trophy. Her second volume of poetry, Sticky Drama, was published by the same publisher in spring 2019. In October 2019 she was awarded the Frans Vogel Poëzieprijs.

She worked for the cheap fashion chain Primark for a while. She uses impressions and experiences from this period in her poems, in which she critically examines capitalist market mechanisms. Her work was published in several literary magazines in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2018 she co-founded Marktcorruptie, a label for DIY-publications, zines, and chapbooks. She is currently working on a novel about witchcraft, capitalism and Britney Spears. She posts poems and artistic works on her website www.vulpix91.be.
