Inledande bestämmelser [1§ - 2§]
1a § Det är jag som bestämmer.
1b § Legis virtus haec est: imperare,
vetare, permittere, punire.
1c § Lagens kraft är den följande: befalla,
förbjuda, tillåta, straffa.
2a § Konsumentköplagen är en i huvudsak
tvingande lag.
2b § Den gäller köp av lösa ting som
en säljare lyckas sälja till en köpare i utbyte
mot hennes schaber. Det är en bra lag. Föredömlig.
Den gäller oss människor.
Den gäller livet självt.
