Michas Skobla [Міхась Скобла] is poet, essayist, parodist and translator.
He graduated from the faculty of philology in Minsk.
Skobla has been employed in the ministry of culture and medias and has been working as the deputy chief editor of the journal “Autochthonic words”. He is the editor of the literature magazine “Logos” and of the radio program ”Free Studio” of Radio Liberty. Since 2002 he is working as deputy chairman of the Union of Belarusian writers.
